Architectural visualisation

A property developer wanted to visualise a new development and wanted a set of images to use for the brochure. I was able to work from the architects plans (and some minimal watercolour concept paintings) to create a 3D model of the property. I worked closely with the developer to ensure that the materials I used reflected the final specification.

I used 3D Studio Max software to create and render the model.

On a later date, after the development was completed, I was briefed to photograph the interior and exterior of the property for additional promotional materials.
