Mann Island Property Development Website
Mann Island was a landmark residential development located on Liverpool’s iconic waterfront. The website was designed to promote the development, showcase apartment availability, and communicate the lifestyle and architectural appeal of the project to prospective buyers.
The design takes a more editorial and aspirational approach than traditional property websites, using strong geometric layouts, large imagery, and lifestyle-focused content to create a premium brand experience.
The Design
The visual concept was heavily influenced by the angular architecture of the development itself. Triangular shapes and intersecting lines became a recurring design motif throughout the website, helping to create a distinctive identity while guiding users through the content.
Alongside the lifestyle-led homepage, dedicated apartment pages provided detailed floor plans, specifications, pricing information, and development imagery. The aim was to balance emotional appeal with practical information, allowing visitors to easily explore the development while supporting key lead-generation actions such as brochure downloads, viewing requests, and enquiries.
