North Point Apartments Website Design
North Point Apartments was a proposed residential property development website created for Countryside Properties. The objective was to showcase the development, provide prospective buyers with detailed property information, and make apartment availability easy to browse and understand.
At the time, property websites were primarily desktop-focused, allowing for more visually expressive layouts and bespoke user interfaces. The design combines architectural imagery, bold colour accents, and clear navigation to help guide users through the development and its available properties.
The Design
The website was designed around two primary user journeys: exploring the development and finding available apartments. Particular attention was given to the availability section, where visitors could quickly browse plots, view floor plans, check specifications, and understand purchasing schemes such as Shared Equity and Part Exchange.
The colourful graphic elements were inspired by the development’s branding and helped create a distinctive visual identity across the site. Large property imagery, gallery sections, and clear calls to action were used throughout to support both engagement and lead generation.
